It does blow a nice breeze for its size!

The clip is positioned at the top and bottom, so wind can flow in both directions and it was cool. It's a bit large but not bad because the price is cheap and the battery life is long. The difficulty is that sometimes the switch gets activated inside the bag because there's no need to press the button.
